ENGIE S.A. is the coordinator for the European project THyGA. ENGIE S.A., whose head office is located at 1 place Samuel de Champlain, 92930 Paris La Défense Cedex, France, is in charge of processing personal data related to the establishment of the information website for the THyGA European project.

In its role as a responsible player, ENGIE S.A. has enacted the present Personal Data Protection Charter in order to clearly renew its commitments under the major principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

As a result, ENGIE S.A. has made the following commitments: 

  • to continuously provide clear, transparent information with regard to the use made of personal data;
  • to collect personal data exclusively for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes;

To help to maintain a suitable compliance level with regard to regulations for personal data protection, ENGIE SA has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

The objective of the Website is to present the THyGA project and its development. Your data (last name; first name; email address) are collected on the basis of your consent, so that you may receive information related to the THYGA project.

Storage life

Your personal data are kept exclusively for the amount of time necessary for the purposes of processing on the site. The time limits are as follows:

Within the context of handling the processing of data, members of the THyGA project, as well as employees of the companies in charge of hosting, maintaining and updating the Website and of sending emails, are authorized to process your personal data.

In the event of your data being transferred to a third party, ENGIE SA will comply with applicable laws in force with regard to communicating your personal data.

Sensitiveness of free fields

The forms must be completed with objective information that is never excessive nor insulting. They must not contain data or information that may be considered as sensitive (racial or ethnic origin; political, philosophical or religious opinions; union membership; data relating to health or sexual activity; infractions; condemnations; or security measures).

For the record, you should be aware that this type of information will not be processed in any way and will be deleted.
