With the gas quality measurement based on gasQS™ technology, relevant process parameters are measured continuously. Mems uses microthermal calorimetric sensors for its gas quality analyzers. These sensors allow us to measure heat conductivity, heat capacity and also density – via an additional flow measurement through a critical nozzle. For all applications in which knowledge about the quality of the gas is important, Mems AG develops and optimizes economical measuring systems that exploit the full potential of the gas, including natural gases with high hydrogen contents.
