ENGIE may not be held liable for hyperlinks to other websites, and particularly for the content of those websites.

Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction
If one of the parties does not exercise its rights or recourse to any legal action within the present Terms, this shall not be interpreted as the party renouncing the exercise of that right or that action.
The Website is governed by French Law. The present Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the case of a disagreement, the Parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution before any referral procedure. If an amicable settlement is not found, the relevant jurisdictions for hearing the case will be the materially and territorially competent French courts.
If, for any reason whatsoever, a competent court were to rule that a provision of the present Terms is invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not in any way affect the validity of the remaining Terms, which will remain in force.
